Ernest works on all aspects of personal injury litigation, but he focuses his practice on motor vehicle negligence, defective products, and medical negligence. Ernest has recovered millions of dollars for his clients in cases involving motor vehicle crashes, tractor trailer crashes, premises liability, defective products, and medical malpractice, including seven and eight figure recoveries in tractor trailer, product liability, and medical negligence cases.
Before pursuing a career in the law, Ernest was a teacher and taught English, literature, and creative writing to middle and high school students. Ernest’s use of the skills honed as a teacher has helped him earn a reputation for effective advocacy in the courtroom. Most recently, Ernest’s skill as a trial lawyer and professionalism were recognized by the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. He was inducted into this renowned organization in 2021.
On those rare occasions when he is not working on representing his clients, Ernest can be found enjoying the outdoors with his wife and two daughters, and dog.
