F.Xavier Starkes is a native of Columbia, South Carolina he is an experienced attorney practicing since 1988. He has a proven track record of providing the highest quality legal services to his clients.
Xavier is licensed to practice in the State and Federal Courts of South Carolina and before the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is committed to each client while serving them with dignity, honor, and integrity.
