A native of the Mahoning Valley, Frank L. Cassese graduated from Cardinal Mooney High School before attending the Ohio State University (B.A., 2008). He earned his law degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2014.
Attorney Cassese’s practice is litigation-based with a focus on criminal defense, civil litigation, and domestic relations. He has appeared before courts throughout the state of Ohio but primarily practices in the tri-county area. He further litigates cases in the federal courts throughout the Northern District of Ohio.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Attorney Cassese completed an internship with the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, clerked for Mahoning County Common Pleas Judge John Durkin, and worked at DeBartolo Sports and Entertainment, Inc. His family has owned and operated Cassese’s MVR since 1927.
Attorney Cassese is licensed to practice law in Ohio as well as the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio. He is a trustee for the Mahoning County Bar Association, a member of the Nathaniel R. Jones American Inn of Court, the Ohio Association Criminal Defense Lawyers (OACDL), and the Ohio State Bar Association.
Attorney Cassese is a lifelong resident of the Mahoning Valley. Frank is married to Jessica Cassese and has two children, Santino and Lorenzo.
