Franklin R. Evans is the Founder and Managing Partner of Evans Injury Attorneys, where he brings over two decades of relentless advocacy on behalf of injury victims. Licensed to practice in Georgia, Ohio, and the Republic of Palau, Frank has appeared in courtrooms across all three jurisdictions—fighting for justice, one client at a time.
Frank began his legal journey with a Political Science degree from Miami University, followed by a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1999 and immediately began representing injured clients, laying the foundation for a career dedicated to personal injury law.
In 2005, he was admitted to the Georgia Bar, where he went on to work at two of Atlanta's most prominent personal injury firms. After serving as Assistant Attorney General for the Republic of Palau, Frank returned to Georgia and continued litigating personal injury claims—eventually founding Evans Injury Attorneys to offer a more personalized, client-first approach to injury law.
Frank is known for his sharp legal skills in both pre-litigation and litigation and for his unwavering commitment to his clients. He lives by a simple yet powerful belief: injuries can happen to anyone, and those who can help should give their absolute best.
And in a world of voicemail and gatekeepers, don't be surprised if Frank himself picks up the phone—because at Evans Injury Attorneys, personal injury law is truly personal.
