Fred Messner is a Partner at Keller Postman LLC. He applies his diverse experience as a management consultant, technology investor, and mass tort litigator to build the tools, systems, and teams Keller Postman uses to provide world-class representation at scale.
In his role, Fred leads a team of attorneys, analysts, case managers, and developers who work at the intersection of law and technology to deliver justice to Keller Postman’s clients. Fred and his team work at the core of all of Keller Postman’s cases, translating complex legal imperatives into practical reality.
Fred joined Keller Postman as the firm’s first summer Associate and officially joined after graduating from law school. While at Harvard, Fred served on the founding board and was co-President of the Harvard Plaintiffs’ Law Association, the law school’s first and only student organization dedicated to promoting plaintiff-side careers to Harvard Law students. Prior to law school, Fred worked as a technology investor at Sverica Capital Management, a San Francisco–based private equity firm, and as a management consultant in McKinsey & Company’s Dubai, Karachi, and Washington, D.C. offices.
Fred graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he served as an editor on the Harvard Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.
