Griff Shuler was motivated to become an attorney by a strong desire to help other people in need. He is an Executive Partner at the firm and is a Board-Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law.
Griff concentrates his practice in Workers’ Compensation claims and complex third-party cases. He has extensive experience in handling many different types of workers’ compensation claims before the North Carolina Industrial Commission for over 26 years. He has handled cases involving traumatic brain injury, serious back injuries, neck injuries, severe fractures of the hand, arm, feet or leg, rotator cuff and other shoulder injuries, knee injuries, hip injuries, ligament injuries, cartilage injuries, occupational disease cases, and many other types of work-related injuries.
Griff enjoys educating injured workers regarding their legal rights. He believes in being supportive and compassionate to each client, and he desires to guide them through the entire process of their claim.
Griff is a former college soccer forward, and he was a two-time Academic All-American and Co-Captain of the team. He uses the lifelong skills learned on the soccer field, such as the discipline of training, teamwork, and the reward of winning, to seek excellent outcomes for his clients.
