Halina Radchenko provides expertise in the area of civil litigation in cases where a person is the victim of an accident which happened as a result of someone else's negligent actions. She has handled a wide variety of personal injury cases including motor vehicle accident, trip and fall accidents, accident where the municipality is negligent, and labor law accidents.
Halina is well experienced in the court room. She has tried numerous cases in front of a jury successfully.
In 2022 she decided to move from New York City to Frisco Texas and open a law firm with her best friend from law school. Today she is the managing partner of Brooks & Radchenko, where she leads the personal injury department. Her partner Britton Brooks leads the family law department in the firm.
Halina Graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2007. In July of 2021, she served as the President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
