My practice focuses on two primary areas of law. One is Injury causing events, and the second is business related events resulting in damages. My personal experience arising out of a car accident caused me to change professions and has given me the belief in my client's complaints to cause juries to believe in their plight as well. My education and experience in business also provides me the ability to completely understand my clients business dealings and concerns.
In the injury related cases I only represent individuals. In the business related cases I represent individuals, as well as business entities.
I have recovered millions of dollars due to jury verdicts as lead counsel, and millions in the course of litigation due to negotiation. My goal is to never take on more cases than I can properly work on at one time, and pride myself on transparency with my clients on the ongoing concern related to the their cases during litigation.
