Jacob Garn

Jacob Garn is a Founding Partner at Garn & Graber and has been licensed to practice in the State of Florida since 2014. Mr. Garn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Utah Valley University and his Juris Doctor in 2012 from California Western School of Law (CWSL) in San Diego, California. 

Prior to attending Utah Valley University, Mr. Garn lived in and performed volunteer work for two years in Colombia, South America, where he attained native level fluency in written and spoken Spanish. Additionally, following his coursework at CWSL, Mr. Garn completed an international internship for the Honorable Judge Juan Carlos Correa Olaya in Barranquilla, Colombia. 

Mr. Garn is fluent in spoken and written Spanish; he has represented and acquired benefits and lump sum settlements for numerous clients from Central and South America. Mr. Garn has worked on over 700 DBA cases, making him an expert in the field. 

In addition to representing clients from Central and South America, Mr. Garn has also successfully represented injured workers under the DBA from Asia, Africa, the United States, and Europe.
