Frank worked with a prominent local firm prior to opening his own firm. During the three years of his employment, Hartman tripled the settlement results for his clients.
After this experience, Frank concluded that large plaintiff firms put their own bottom line above their clients’ best interests. These firms settled their clients’ cases on a case volume practice, rather than obtaining the best results for their clients. Frank saw this practice as profit over people.
Insurance companies are well aware of the reputation for large firms to settle cases for less than their actual values. Because of this, they offer significantly less compensation, knowing these claims are likely to settle anyway.
Frank Hartman opened his own Charleston firm so he could help his clients get the best results. He knows the people of South Carolina deserve better.
