Jason concentrates his practice on litigating complex and simple matters before Municipal, State and Federal Courts.

Prior to forming J. Saad Law Group LLC, Jason practiced in diverse areas of the law for top law firms in New York City, such as Labaton Sucharow LLP (Securities/Class Action) and Marks O'Neill PC (Insurance Defense).

Jason actively gives back by serving as the Legal Director to a non-profit/ charity in Union County (2015-Present), as well as a Trustee to the Monmouth County Legal Aid Society (2017-2019). He is also a member of Monmouth Bar Association's Reduced Fee / "Low-Bono" Program (2021 to Present)
