Jed is active in the plaintiff trial bar at the state level. Within the Florida Justice Association, he serves on the Board of Directors and the PAC Board of Trustees, is Past-Chair of the Solo and Small Firm Section, and serves on the Legislative Committee, including its Trucking, Medical Damages, and Automobile/Bad Faith subcommittees. He prepares every case as if it will be tried, an approach that has produced significant results, including a multi-million dollar jury verdict in a conservative Central Florida venue. Jed welcomes referrals and co-counsel relationships on serious injury, wrongful death, and commercial vehicle matters throughout Central Florida. He is a graduate of Florida State University College of Law (J.D., with honors) and Florida State University (B.S., Finance and B.S., Insurance/Risk Management, both with honors), and is admitted to The Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
