EXPERIENCE
Jeff is a partner whose practice is devoted entirely to plaintiff’s litigation, where he represents individuals and families who have suffered a catastrophic loss. He has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of cases, including defective products, heavy truck collisions, medical malpractice, automobile collisions, motorcycle collisions, and premises liability. Jeff was born and raised in the Kansas City area. He received his law degree from the University of Kansas in 2006, where he was a Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy staff member. A proud Jayhawk, Jeff also spent his undergraduate years in Lawrence and graduated with a business degree from KU in 2003. After graduating law school, Jeff began his legal career serving as law clerk to the Honorable Charles E. Atwell in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri. He then joined a Kansas City law firm where his practice focused on civil defense litigation, including defending physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice lawsuits. Jeff now uses the knowledge he gained from his time with the court and defense bar to pursue cases across the country on behalf of victims who were wrongfully injured or killed.
