Jesse M. Rhodeside is a highly accomplished attorney at Marzzacco Niven & Associates with a strong academic background and specialized expertise in workers' compensation law. He earned his Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg in 2014.
During his time in law school, Mr. Rhodeside gained valuable experience at some of Pennsylvania’s highest levels of government and judiciary. He served as an intern to the Honorable J. Michael Eakin of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, where he assisted in researching and analyzing complex legal issues for one of the state’s most respected jurists.
He also completed the Governor’s Office of General Counsel summer legal extern program, working directly with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation on a wide range of legal matters affecting state operations.
In addition to his externships, Mr. Rhodeside distinguished himself in law school leadership and scholarship. He served as Assistant Editor-in-Chief of the Widener Journal of Law, Economics and Race, and was a member of the prestigious Moot Court Honor Society, honing his advocacy skills and developing courtroom experience long before graduation.
Mr. Rhodeside holds the distinguished certification of Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law, awarded by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
