
Jitesh Dudani is an attorney licensed in New York and California, practicing in federal courts, and the Founding & Managing Partner of Dudani Law PLLC, a plaintiff-side employment litigation firm in New York City representing employees across New York and New Jersey.
He brings extensive experience in federal litigation, having successfully litigated hundreds of cases from initiation through completion. His work involves first-chair responsibility across the full lifecycle of a case — initial case management, status conferences, pre-motion hearings, pre-trial proceedings, and settlement negotiations. He has a proven track record in both New York and California Federal Courts, as well as New York State Courts, where he has consistently achieved successful resolutions for clients. In addition to courtroom experience, he has effectively conducted mediations, negotiations, arbitrations, and depositions, securing multi-million dollar outcomes on behalf of his clients.
In his role as a discrimination attorney, Mr. Dudani has recovered more than $35 million for employees across 200+ cases, including individual settlements in the seven-figure range, in matters involving sexual harassment, discrimination, and whistleblower retaliation.
His previous workplaces included employment litigation firms in NYC, a federal commercial litigation firm on Long Island, a fast-paced litigation firm in Downtown Manhattan, the San Francisco Public Defender's Office, and the Office of the Attorney General, California.
Mr. Dudani graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he served as the student body representative, co-founder, and vice president of the Berkeley Information Privacy Law Association, an associate editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, and a staff editor with the Berkeley Business Law Journal. His areas of interest and expertise include employment law, commercial law, litigation, technology law, and privacy law.
He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum (which includes the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum), one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States.
