John Eric began his legal practice representing insurance companies and carriers defending doctors and other medical providers who were accused of medical malpractice. After a few years, he turned his focus to representing victims of serious injury, including medical malpractice, and seeking justice for them and their families. He is passionate about helping victims in personal injury cases get back on their feet and hopes that clients look to him as not just an attorney, but as someone they can count on as a friend. One of John Eric's favorite parts of being an attorney is getting to work with people from all walks of life.
John Eric is a big believer in and user of technology throughout the litigation process. He works side-by-side with the firm's media department to develop presentations that incorporate videos, documents, and illustrations, so that key points of a case can be easily and quickly explained to judges, juries, mediators, and arbitrators.
