John J. Meehan, a six-time (6x) Super Lawyers Rising Star, was made partner at the age of 35. Mr. Meehan focuses his practice on two areas, personal injury litigation and executive compensation. He has tried multiple cases to verdict, securing tens of millions of dollars for his clients, and has negotiated severance agreements with dozens of Fortune 500 Companies, securing millions. Mr. Meehan was featured in Spike TV’s Time: The Kalief Browder Story, a six- part documentary produced by Jay-Z chronicling the abuses of the New York City criminal justice system.
Mr. Meehan received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 2012. He is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, as well as the New York County Lawyers Association.
