Born in Waxahachie, Texas, John Ramsey is a fifth-generation Texan. During the course of his career, John has achieved great success for his clients against large corporations such as Ford, GM, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Dunlop, Continental/General, Bridgestone/Firestone, Michelin, BF Goodrich, Uniroyal, Pirelli, Cooper Tire, Nexen Tire, Graco, U-Haul, British Petroleum, Hilcorp Energy, TXU Energy, BNSF Railroad, International Muffler Co., and ConAgra Foods. John routinely handles cases throughout the United States and has been admitted to practice Pro Hac Vice in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Tennessee, and Utah. John frequently teaches at the University of Houston and at continuing education seminars throughout the United States on topics related to product liability, Daubert and expert witnesses, and catastrophic tire failures. John and his family are members of Chapelwood United Methodist Church in Houston. He and his wife, Kristen, have four children. In his spare time, he enjoys duck hunting, saltwater fishing, college football and coaching little league baseball. Having lived abroad, John is fluent in both spoken and written Spanish.
