Jonathan Flack is the founding attorney of Flack Injury Law, a boutique personal injury firm in Midtown Atlanta that represents injured people only. He handles serious crashes involving moving vehicles, with a focus on tractor-trailer and commercial truck collisions, rideshare (Uber and Lyft) crashes, and non-emergency medical transport (NEMT) van collisions, along with car, pedestrian, bicycle and motorcycle cases, catastrophic injuries and wrongful death claims across Georgia.
Before founding the firm in 2022, Jonathan spent two and a half years on the insurance side of commercial truck, tractor-trailer and medical transport van cases. He now uses that experience for injured plaintiffs, from the insurance claim through litigation. Earlier in his career, he was the primary Spanish-speaking attorney at Atlanta Legal Aid Society, and he represents Spanish-speaking clients directly, without an interpreter.
Jonathan stays personally involved in every case, and the firm keeps its caseload small by design so clients have direct access to their attorney. He is a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2024 to 2027), a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and a graduate of New York University School of Law. He is also an advocate for road safety and driver education.
