Jonathan P. Mincieli is a litigator with over 20 years of experience handling complex cases and those involving catastrophic or significant damages. Jon's experience includes the handling of personal injury matters involving construction site injuries, medical malpractice, products liability, motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. He also has extensive experience with commercial matters including contract and warranty disputes and covenants not to compete.
Jon received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York, College at Oswego and his law degree cum laude from St. John's University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois as well as federal courts in Illinois, Indiana and New York. He is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Kane County Bar Association and the DuPage County Bar Association where he serves as an arbitrator. He resides in South Elgin with his wife and children who attend school in St. Charles.
