I am Jordan Cross and I was born and raised right here in Kansas City. As a little boy, I promised my parents that one day I would be a professional soccer player or a lawyer. After graduating from Oak Park High School, I attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City earning a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Juris Doctor. In 2013, I fulfilled the promise I made to my parents when I was admitted to the Missouri Bar and began my legal career.
Since that time, I have gained experience in many different fields of law. I’ve worked as a prosecutor and as defense counsel on various criminal cases. I’ve gained experience in pursuing and defending civil claims for personal injury, breach of contract, and wrongful death. These days, I spend most of my time focusing on helping those who need representation in personal injury cases, bankruptcy, and estate planning.
When I am not working on client's cases, I enjoy spending time with my wife (Katie), daughter (Emersyn), and two pointer pups (Nash, Remi). My passion for law is rivaled by my love of the outdoors, either playing softball, fishing, or hunting. My competitive nature and perseverance are attributes I’ve developed through my active lifestyle but have found they assist me each day in and out of the courtroom.Â
