Mr. Namerow is an accomplished trial attorney who concentrates his practice on complex personal injury litigation and representing seriously injured and disabled individuals. Mr. Namerow has distinguished himself representing victims in a wide variety of personal injury, insurance and bad faith, nursing home negligence, premise liability, products liability and professional liability claims.
During his years of work in the legal profession, Mr. Namerow has handled a wide spectrum of cases including catastrophic commercial trucking and motor vehicle claims and product liability cases against multi-national corporations and companies, wrongful death claims, professional negligence, construction accidents, dram shop cases and insurance bad faith cases.
After graduation from the Pennsylvania State University in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Mr. Namerow began work as a paralegal at one of Philadelphia’s largest law firms. Mr. Namerow was able to gain insights from some of the area’s top litigators while working as paralegal. He continued to work as a paralegal for five years while he cultivated his legal knowledge and experience in a broad spectrum of legal disciplines.
Mr. Namerow entered law school at Widener School of Law, while he continued to work as a paralegal. In fact, Mr. Namerow maintained a full-time position as a paralegal while attending law school at night. During his time in law school, Mr. Namerow received several distinguishing honors, including Certificates of Merit for his work in Constitutional Law. Additionally, Mr. Namerow regularly received honors for Dean’s List for his academic performance in law school. During the summer of 2006, Mr. Namerow served as an intern for The Honorable Susan Peikes Gantman of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. This professional experience further expanded Mr. Namerow’s legal knowledge and continues to be an invaluable asset.
After graduation from law school, Mr. Namerow commenced work at a well-respected insurance defense litigation firm. For approximately four years, Mr. Namerow handled an array of cases covering diverse legal issues. Mr. Namerow gained extensive experience handling transportation related matters in both the private and public sector, including assisting with the successful defense of a school bus accident that involved over eighty individuals with damages in excess of twenty million dollars. Additionally, Mr. Namerow was involved in the successful defense of a film production company in which the trial resulted in a verdict in excess of twenty-five million dollars. Throughout his time handling insurance defense matters, Mr. Namerow worked on products liability matters, premise liability cases, commercial and private motor vehicle accidents, class action litigation and various insurance matters, including insurance bad faith litigation. As a result, Mr. Namerow authored several presentations to national insurance carriers on a multitude of topics, including insurance coverage for common carriers, indemnification clauses and legal privileges. Once again, Mr. Namerow gained invaluable insight and legal knowledge by working with some of the City’s finest litigators and trial attorneys.
Most importantly, Mr. Namerow had the benefit of a decade of experience handling insurance defense matters in various capacities. It is this knowledge and the insights gleaned from Mr. Namerow’s past professional experience that defines his approach to his present endeavors. Specifically, Mr. Namerow has the benefit of working closely with local and national insurance carriers and gaining knowledge on how claims are evaluated and handled. Mr. Namerow is uniquely familiar with the internal procedures and decision-making processes utilized by the insurance carriers.
In 2011, Mr. Namerow decided to become a shareholder in a joint venture with a partner that focused on plaintiffs’ personal injury matters. This professional endeavor permitted Mr. Namerow to bring his substantial experience in defense matters to the table and provide a distinct advantage to his personal injury clients. Mr. Namerow continues to focus his practice on a broad spectrum of cases involving personal injury, products liability, professional liability, dram shop, insurance bad faith, construction accidents and various Workers’ Compensation and Social Security. Mr. Namerow has litigated substantial six and seven figure cases during the course of his personal injury work and has secured millions of dollars on behalf of his clients and their families.
Subsequently, Mr. Namerow opted to open his own law firm, Namerow Law, P.C. This change in Mr. Namerow’s professional focus has enabled him to concentrate his legal work exclusively on protecting the rights of individuals who have suffered personal and economic injuries as a result of others’ wrongful and egregious conduct. All of Mr. Namerow’s clients receive representation that is centered on integrity and a principled approach to the pursuit of justice. The cornerstones of our practice are hard work, dedication to open communication and representation that is specifically tailored to the needs of our clients to ensure our clients are placed in the best possible position for a successful outcome. Mr. Namerow is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Additionally, Mr. Namerow is member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. Namerow was recognized through Super Lawyers as a one of Pennsylvania’s Top Lawyers from 2013 to 2021, which is awarded to only 2.5% of the attorneys in this Commonwealth and is contingent upon nominations from attorneys within the legal community. Mr. Namerow has been regularly recognized as a top litigator by multiple other organizations and legal organizations. When not working, Mr. Namerow dedicates his time to his wonderful wife and loving family, who have been instrumental in Mr. Namerow’s success. Mr. Namerow is an avid sports fan and thoroughly enjoys following politics.
