Jose Caballe, Esq. is a knowledgeable and accomplished Virginia personal injury attorney at The Barrera Law Firm, PLLC. Mr. Caballe earned his Juris Doctorate from the George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia, and also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish. Prior to joining the team at The Barrera Law Firm, PLLC, he worked as an attorney at another Northern Virginia law firm where he served as lead counsel on ERISA disability claims, and as associate counsel in complex medical malpractice litigation involving multiple multi-million-dollar catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.
While in law school, Mr. Caballe worked at the Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Disability Rights section where he helped punish companies who discriminated against disabled people or failed to provide them access to public accommodations. Mr. Caballe also interned for prestigious medical malpractice defense firms before graduating.
Mr. Caballe is a member of the Virginia State Bar and The Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and is fluent in Spanish.
