Joe is a versatile practitioner who manages cases in all of the firm’s practice areas. He enjoys the intellectual process of figuring out exactly how to approach a case to maximize the client's recovery.
"The ultimate goal is to protect the client to get them the money they need to rebuild their life. You need to puzzle through the complicated fact pattern and circumstances of their accident to land on a solution."
Joe was just the third lawyer who joined the firm and has been mentored by its two founders since he began interning in the office in January 2013. Unlike attorneys working at larger firms, Aversa & Linn has enabled Joe to enjoy a high level of hands-on experience and responsibility for cases from the very beginning. This has allowed Joe to develop quickly in both pre-litigation file management and complex litigation.
Even more impressive than his skill with legal matters, Joe has demonstrated a talent for connecting easily with clients and other professionals.
"At the end of the day, this is a client driven profession and if the client is not satisfied, we have not done our job."
He likes the fact that the firm is always willing to fight for its clients.
"A lot of personal injury lawyers just want to settle cases without maximizing value that's not what we're about."
Outside the office Joe enjoys outdoor activities and golfing. He is an avid fan of each Philadelphia sports franchise and the Penn State Nittany Lions. He lives in Montgomery County with his family.
