As a former Assistant District Attorney and felony prosecutor for the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, Joshua has tremendous courtroom experience fighting difficult cases. Joshua is also experienced in civil litigation, having worked complex cases in the field of insurance defense. He brings the same aggressive courtroom approach to his advocacy for clients in criminal and civil proceedings throughout state and federal courts.
