Joshua has successfully litigated numerous catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, semi-truck and commercial trucking crashes, construction injury, and insurance bad faith cases and has tried cases to verdict.
Joshua graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law cum laude in 2011. He was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in Missouri and Kansas in 2018 and 2019 – an honor award to only 2.5% of attorneys. He has also received the Ike Skelton, Sr. Award for Excellence in Trial Practice and is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.
Joshua is licensed in Missouri and Kansas as well as in United States Court for the Western District of Missouri, the United States Court for the District of Kansas, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
