Justin Groen has earned a reputation for extremely skilled and equally compassionate representation, securing several multi-million dollar awards for his injured clients. Before he began representing plaintiffs, Mr. Groen served as an Assistant District Attorney for the city of Philadelphia. From 2006-2009, Mr. Groen prosecuted thousands of criminals for crimes ranging from attempted murder, rape, burglary, and armed robbery to narcotics distribution, embezzlement, and theft.

Mr. Groen's zealous advocacy, previously on behalf of the citizens of Philadelphia and now on behalf of victims of catastrophic injury, has assured peace of mind and well-deserved compensation for his clients.

Justin Groen earned his juris doctor at Widener University School of Law in 2006 while serving as law clerk to both Federal District Judge Berle Schiller and Federal Magistrate Judge Linda Caracappa. He received his undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College in 2003, earning dual degrees in History and Philosophy.

Justin Groen was selected by The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in 2016, 2017, and 2018. Additionally, from 2018 to 2020, Groen was selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, a designation awarded to top performing Pennsylvania attorneys under 40 based on committee and peer nominations. In 2021, Groen was named to the PA Super Lawyers list. Less than five percent of attorneys in PA are awarded Super Lawyers selections.

Attorney Groen is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice in Federal Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the District of New Jersey.
