Justin Johnson's unique and diverse history makes him a highly motivated and aggressive trial advocate for his clients. Justin's legal career began in Minnesota and Alaska, where while still in law school he served as a claimant's representative in employment discrimination mediations, as a deputy prosecutor, and as a law clerk for a personal injury firm, respectively.
Justin then decided to move to Oregon to continue his legal career. Upon moving to Oregon, Justin decided to work for a law firm in Portland, where he focused on civil litigation with an emphasis on representing victims in personal injury claims. During this time, Justin had the opportunity to litigate close to a hundred personal injury cases, many to a final award or verdict. This gave Justin ample time to hone his skills as an Oregon trial attorney, and taught him many valuable lessons that he still carries with him to this day.
After realizing that clients would be better served by a law firm that gave them individualized attention, Justin, along with his law partner Edward Kroll, decided to form Kroll & Johnson, P.C. Since forming Kroll & Johnson, P.C., Justin has continued to focus his practice on litigating personal injury cases and securing fair compensation for his clients who were harmed through no fault of their own. Justin has, and always will continue to protect and give voice to those who are injured and fight for the justice and reasonable compensation they deserve.
Justin is an ardent supporter of injured victims' individual and civil rights. Because of this, Justin is a Guardian member with the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. Justin is also a member of the American Association for Justice. In addition, Justin belongs to the Multnomah County Bar Association, Washington County Bar Association, and the Owen M. Panner Inn of Court.
Justin is licensed to appear before all State courts in Oregon. Justin is also admitted to U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. Justin has litigated numerous cases in both State and Federal court.
Justin and his wife are avid outdoor adventurers, who in their spare time relish exploring all the natural bounties that Oregon has to offer. They are also exercise enthusiasts who love taking long bike rides and runs, regardless of the weather.
