Justin Shrader is one of the founding partners of Shrader & Associates L.L.P. Focusing on an area he feels passionately about, Justin devoted his practice to fighting for the rights of those harmed by toxic substances. He now works nationwide as a mesothelioma lawyer in one of the most respected firms dealing with harmful chemical litigation.
Education, Experience & Focus
Justin graduated from the University of Texas, and later the Baylor University School of Law. His career first saw him working at a large toxic tort firm representing thousands of people victimized by asbestos exposure. After garnering experience there, he decided to open his own firm with his father, Bill Shrader, and focus his attention on a smaller range of clients with whom he could form personal relationships.
While Justin wished to limit his own range of clients, he did not want to deny anyone in need of legal representation. He carefully picked an entire team of asbestos and defective medical device lawyers who could work across the nation—each one capable in the field and passionate about working closely with their clients.
