Dalton grew up in Charleston, South Carolina, and attended the University of South Carolina – Beaufort, where he received his bachelor’s degree in History. Dalton received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
Following law school, Dalton clerked in the 4th Circuit for Judge Michael Holt. After his clerkship, he concentrated his practice in personal injury and construction law matters for a local litigation firm.
Dalton joined Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, P.A., in July 2024 as an associate in the firm’s construction practice group. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Charleston County Bar Association, and is also admitted to practice in the District Court of South Carolina.
