Ms. Spencer was born and raised in the rural north Missouri town of Milan. Ms. Spencer earned her B.S. degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2001. In 2004 she earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Missouri School of Law. Ms. Spencer entered practice in 2004 and joined the firm of Norton & Norton, P.C., where she has spent her legal career advocating on behalf of victims of personal injury and medical malpractice in their fight against large insurance companies.
Her civil practice is focused on representing people who have been injured by medical malpractice, trucking accidents, auto accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, nursing home negligence, wrongful death, and general personal injury claims.
