Kelley Owens is an attorney at Kirkendall Dwyer in the Dallas office. Kelley focuses her practice on product liability and toxic torts, specifically medical devices, pharmaceutical drugs and cancer litigation. Kelley received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland School of Law where she served on the Moot Court Board and earned a Certificate in Healthcare Law. Before joining the firm, Kelley worked as Corporate Counsel for ARCHER Systems, LLC where she helped facilitate the settlement of some of the largest pharmaceutical mass tort litigation in the country. She is licensed to practice law in Maryland, Texas and Missouri.
