Kelly earned her Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School, along with a Business Law Certificate, equipping her with a strong understanding of both litigation and the commercial issues that often arise in civil cases. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Philosophy from Iowa State University, where she developed the analytical and ethical foundation that informs her practice today. She is fluent in English and Spanish, which allows her to represent a wide variety of clients across Texas.
