Kenneth W. DeJean has been in private practice for over 45 years with a primary focus on plaintiff litigation. His practice includes, but is not limited to pharmaceutical and products liability, defective medical devices, offshore injuries, automobile accidents, and vessel and boat accidents.
In addition to his personal injury practice, Mr. DeJean has been appointed to serve as Special Master and Deputy Special Master in numerous Multi-District Litigation cases and class action cases on both the state and federal levels.
