
Ken Young has been serving the Sumter Community for nearly 50 years. Ken is a dedicated General Practitioner. He practices everything from Family Law to Personal Injury. Ken works daily to get the best possible results for his clients.
Work History:
Ken is a Vietnam veteran and former prosecutor. During his time as a prosecutor, he helped prosecute the most infamous serial killer in South Carolina history, Donald “Pee Wee” Gaskins. After serving as an Assistant Solicitor, he opened his own private practice in the 1980s.

Personal Life:
Ken was born and raised in the City of Sumter, where he graduated from Edmunds High School. He is a lifelong member and former Elder of the First Presbyterian Church in Sumter, SC.
Ken is a loving Father, Husband, and Grandfather. Ken and his wife have two children and 4 grandchildren.
When he is not making fierce arguments in the courtroom, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing with his grandchildren.
