Kevin began his career as a medical device professional and has participated in over 5,000 surgical procedures. He attended the University of Cincinnati College of law with the goal of using his medical knowledge to become a trial attorney focused on catastrophic injuries.
After law school, Kevin practiced a variety of litigation with a focus on medical malpractice and has represented clients in state, federal, and appellate courts, including the Ohio Supreme Court.
Kevin’s love for personal injury law began when he represented a minor who had been sexually abused in an after-school program and was able to obtain a large settlement for her and her family. He has successfully handled hundreds of personal injury cases in a variety of areas, consistently demonstrating compassion and tenacity in his representation. He is more than just an attorney to his clients; he is a trusted advisor, a staunch advocate, and a supportive friend who regularly keeps in touch with former clients. Kevin was named an Ohio Super Lawyer, an accolade only given to the top 5% of attorneys.
Kevin has been recognized for his work as a personal injury attorney, having been selected to the 2025 Super Lawyers Rising Stars list and named among The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers.
Outside of the courtroom, Kevin is a devoted husband and father and a leader in his community. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Humane Society of Greater Dayton since 2021 and as an Honoree of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation.
