Kimberly is an accomplished trial attorney, specializing in personal injury cases including wrongful death, car and trucking collisions, traumatic brain injuries, insurance bad faith, premises liability, and medical malpractice. With a strong track record of successful case outcomes and a commitment to advocating for her client’s rights, Kimberly combines legal expertise with a dedication to achieving justice in the courtroom.

Prior to working at Denver Trial Lawyers, Kimbrly worked with Bachus & Schanker for over six years, exclusively handling litigation cases, where she managed a portfolio of personal injury litigation cases, encompassing a wide spectrum of incidents, such as automobile and trucking collisions, bicycle collisions, premises liability cases, dog bites, insurance bad faith, and more. Handling every stage of litigation, from drafting complaints to mediation to trial, Kimberly demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the legal process and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients.

Before working with Bachus & Schanker, Kimberly worked with Zinda Law Group, helping to build the Colorado personal injury division of the firm. While in law school, Kimberly worked as a law clerk at Killmer, Lane, and Newman, and for the Honorable Robert McGahey.

Kimberly graduated from the University of Denver School of Law with a Certificate in Constitutional Rights and Remedies. In her third year of law school, Kimberly represented the University of Denver as an advocate on their ABA National Appellate Advocacy Team. Kimberly also worked in the University of Denver’s Civil Rights Clinic. She was an editor on the University of Denver Law Review, as well as an active board member on the National Women Law Students’ Organization and the Public Interest Law Group. In her first year, she won the Outstanding Advocate award for her efforts in a moot court competition.

Kimberly’s dedication to the legal profession extends beyond the courtroom. She is on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and the Women Trial Lawyers Network. She is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Women’s Bar Association, American Association for Justice. Additionally, Kimberly contributes to community service through involvement in initiatives like the Bachus & Schanker Cares Foundation, Colorado Lawyers Committee volunteer, and serves as a mentor.

In addition to her legal pursuits, Kimberly is an avid supporter of intellectual curiosity, proudly identifying with the Ravenclaw community. In her spare time, she enjoys Lindy Hop, playing softball, baking, reading, hiking, gardening, board games, and spending time with her husband Kyle, as well as family, friends, and her two little puppies.
