Kolter McKenzie is an experienced trial lawyer with more than 15 years’ experience, who is passionate about advocating for his clients in medical malpractice, nursing homes, and personal injury cases. He has tried dozens of cases to verdict as lead counsel and negotiated numerous favorable settlements. Kolter’s practice is exclusively limited to the representation of the seriously injured. Kolter takes great pride in getting to know his clients and to working with them hand in hand to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients.
Kolter’s dedication and determination is evident in his outside pursuits as well. He is an avid runner who has qualified for the Boston Marathon and is a member of the Dallas Running Club. When Kolter is not zealously practicing law he enjoys hiking, skiing, golf, attending concerts and spending time with his wife and two children.
