I am a lifelong Tidewater resident and a graduate of the University of Virginia and Regent University, School of Law. I‘ve been practicing law locally for over twenty years. Prior to going into private practice over fifteen years ago, I was a prosecutor in both the cities of Portsmouth and Chesapeake.
