Kyle J. Keller is an accomplished trial lawyer who focuses his practice on representing clients who have suffered serious and/or catastrophic injuries from motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, trip/fall accidents, slip/fall accidents, defective products, and/or various other personal injury accidents.
Kyle has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers for the past 8 years, a distinction reserved for only the top 2.5 percent of Pennsylvania attorneys 40 years old and younger.
Kyle began his legal career defending personal injury claims brought against large corporations and billion dollar insurance companies. Since joining Levy Baldante more than ten years ago, however, Kyle has successfully utilized his vast knowledge and experience in defending personal injury claims to recover tens of millions of dollars for his personal injury clients.
Kyle received his B.A. in Criminal Justice in 2001 from Monmouth University and his J.D. in 2005 from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden. During law school he interned with the Honorable Lee B. Laskin, J.S.C., in the New Jersey Superior Court, Camden County. Upon graduating law school, he served as the law clerk to the Honorable Joseph E. Kane, J.S.C., New Jersey Superior Court, Atlantic County. Licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Kyle is also admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Kyle is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ), Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ), Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association (PTLA), Philadelphia Bar Association and Camden County Bar Association.
Kyle grew up in South Jersey and currently resides in Voorhees, New Jersey with his wife and three children. In his spare time, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his children’s sports teams, playing golf, spending time at the beach, and supporting Philadelphia’s sports teams.
