L. Leonard Lundy is a principal with Lundy Law and its managing partner. He concentrates his practice in pharmaceutical, nursing home, and securities litigation. Mr. Lundy heads up the firm’s Mass Tort Litigation department. Winning millions of dollars for Lundy Law clients in successful prosecution of Fen Phen, Baycol, Zyprexa, securities, and other types of class action cases, Mr. Lundy also supervises the medical malpractice cases referred to Lundy Law.
Mr. Lundy received his Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University and his Juris Doctor degree with highest honors from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, where he served as Executive Editor of the Law Review. His Masters of Law was obtained with honors from New York University Graduate School of Law, and he holds a Certification of Multi-Course Completion in International Business and Legal Transactions from The Hague Academy of International Law, The Hague, Holland.
Following receipt of his Master of Law, he was Assistant General Counsel from the Agency for International Development of the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C. Mr. Lundy is admitted to practice before the Courts of Pennsylvania, Illinois, Washington, D.C., and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Associations for Justice. Mr. Lundy has been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer from 2011-2021. He also serves on the boards of numerous philanthropic organizations and is a board member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Lundy was selected as a 2019 & 2020 Top Attorney for Suburban Life Magazine and for inclusion in the 2019 & 2020 Best Lawyers. Most recently, he was named as a Top 100 National Trial Lawyer in 2020.
