Leigh Perica represents plaintiffs in sexual assault, sexual harassment, childhood sexual abuse, and personal injury matters in both Illinois and Missouri.
Leigh joined the Mahoney Law firm after practicing at a national plaintiff’s firm where she represented plaintiffs in class actions, antitrust matters, and commercial litigation. She has been recognized as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” for 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. Prior to her career in litigation, Leigh served as a law clerk to Hon. David R. Herndon of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois for four years, where she worked on a wide variety of civil and criminal matters, including class actions, mass actions, sexual assault cases, and sexual harassment cases.
Leigh grew up in Edwardsville, Illinois, and followed in her father’s footsteps in becoming a plaintiff’s attorney in the area. It was instilled in her from the start to offer unwavering support to clients and advocate on their behalf in obtaining positive results following life-altering events and injuries.
