Born in Russia, Leo immigrated to Houston with his family shortly before the fall of the Soviet Union. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2006 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In 2009, he earned his Juris Doctor from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center and became licensed to practice law in Texas. After gaining critical courtroom experience as a criminal defense attorney, he transitioned to civil litigation. In April 2015, he ultimately founded his own firm.
