Lindsey is an associate at the McArthur Law Firm, practicing personal injury litigation. Lindsey represents victims and their families injured in car or truck wrecks, through medical malpractice, or through other causes of catastrophic injury or wrongful death. Lindsey is passionate about helping her clients reach a favorable resolution, and is a dedicated and thoughtful advocate.
Prior to joining the McArthur Law Firm, Lindsey was an associate at King & Spalding in Atlanta, Georgia, where she practiced product liability litigation on behalf of product manufacturers. Lindsey served on trial teams for several multi-week jury trials, and played an active role in both fact and expert witness discovery. Before King & Spalding, Lindsey clerked for two years for Judge Hugh Lawson of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
Lindsey was born and raised in Macon, Georgia. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating Phi Beta Kappa in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English, with highest honors and highest distinction. Lindsey then attended Duke University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude in 2015 and was a member of the Alaska Law Review, the moot court board, and the mock trial team. Lindsey and her husband, Brent, live in Atlanta with their dog, Pippa. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys playing tennis, cooking, and watching Tar Heel basketball.
