Lindsey Scarcello’s practice is focused on the representation of injured parties, with an emphasis on complex litigation against pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers. She has worked extensively in the ongoing litigation against 3M Company regarding Combat Arms earplugs sold to the United States military. She also has substantial experience litigating cases against manufacturers of transvaginal mesh, including Ethicon, Inc., Boston Scientific Corporation, and C.R. Bard, Inc.
Lindsey has successfully represented catastrophically and fatally injured individuals in various categories of litigation, including auto products liability, trucking accidents, motor vehicle collisions, and premises liability. She has experience at all stages of litigation, from pre-filing investigation through appeal.
Since 2016, Lindsey has been named to National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 in Civil Litigation for the State of Missouri.
