
Loretta studied at Florida International University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. During this time, she worked as a legal assistant at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Southern District of Florida, in the Civil Division.
She then graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law. While in law school, she interned for Judge George Sarduy at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
Loretta has concentrated in the area of civil trial practice since the beginning of her legal career. Prior to joining Brais Law, she spent seven years handling lawsuits involving admiralty and maritime personal injury, land-based personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, insurance coverage, EUO “fraud” investigations, first- and third-party property insurance claims, and personal injury protection (“PIP”) litigation.
Loretta is fluent in both English and Spanish.
