Maggie worked as a senior associate at a busy boutique litigation firm for most of the past decade with a practice focused on civil rights and sex abuse litigation. With her extensive experience in these highly specialized areas and a proven record of success, Maggie continues to zealously pursue claims for constitutional rights violations and other abuses of power on behalf of the clients of Lane + Linnenburger + Lane.Â
Maggie is particularly skilled at working with child victims to pursue civil rights violations occurring in school or other educational settings. Prior to her litigation career, Maggie served as a Judicial Law Clerk for then-Senior Justice Patricio M. Serna on the New Mexico Supreme Court in Santa Fe.
