Marc C. Saperstein is one of the founding members of the prestigious personal injury law firm of Davis, Saperstein & Salomon P.C. He earned his B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University and his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law. Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, Marc has handled some of America’s most complex legal cases involving products liability; tobacco and pharmaceutical class actions; construction accidents; serious automobile, trucking, and school bus accidents. As a result, he has obtained dozens of multi seven figure settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients. 

Marc is a past President of the New Jersey Association for Justice (formerly Association of Trial Lawyers of New Jersey) and has held every position in the organization. He is also the Co-Founder and Co-Chair of the Meadowlands seminar, and serves as a faculty member, where he lectures on various legal topics, such as trial objections; evidence; products liability; trucking litigation; professional ethics; and more. Marc is a sustaining member of the America Association for Justice, the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association. He has a Preeminent Peer-Reviewed AV Rating from Martindale Hubbell and is also a member of the Lawyers of Distinction. Marc has also been rated as a Top 100 National Trial Lawyer, as well as a Top 10 Trucking Trial Lawyer. In 2022 Marc was selected and received the NJAJ Gold Medal for Distinguished for his significant contribution to the law of torts and commitment to the cause of justice.

Marc treats each of his clients with respect and compassion. “My legal style is one of professionalism and honesty,” Marc says. “I always thoroughly prepare my cases to earn the respect of the judge and jury.” Some of the most recent notable victories include $20 million for a construction worker injured on the job, $9 million settlement for a young man who tripped off a subway platform and was struck by a train, in addition to other multi-million-dollar recoveries from trucking and product liability cases.
