Marco Masciulli

Marco C. Masciulli is a trial attorney at Michigan Auto Law. He proudly represents people who have been harmed due to the negligence or carelessness of others. His practice primarily focuses on car accidents, truck accidents, and premise liability cases.

Legal Experience

Marco enjoys standing up for the rights of people who have been wrongfully harmed by the acts of others. Over the course of his career, Marco has practiced on both sides of the courtroom in both the civil and criminal arenas. Marco has an array of trial experience. In personal injury cases, Marco has tried cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and insurance companies. In the criminal arena, he has tried cases as both a prosecutor and as a criminal defense attorney. Marco’s diverse background has equipped him with the tools necessary to analyze cases from many points of view.

Marco is actively involved in the legal community. He is a member of the Michigan Association for Justice, where he serves on the Executive Board. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice, the Negligence Section of the State Bar of Michigan, and Detroit Bar Association.

Working with Marco

Marco believes that one of the best parts of his job is the opportunity to learn about his clients and their families.
