As Marcus Esther’s academic journey continued to college, his interest in law peaked because of his passion for helping others and his drive to make a difference in his community. Marcus became a 2015 graduate of Texas Southern University’s Mickey Leland-Barbara Jordan School of Public Affairs. He received his degree in Political Science and entered law school immediately after to continue his education and fight for justice.
During his law school career, Marcus served in multiple roles with the Student Bar Association, Law Review, and Criminal Law Clinic. Following his graduation, Marcus became a 2018 inductee into The Order of Barristers. He currently serves his community as the civic engagement chair for the Houston Area Urban League Young Professionals as well as the Go-To-High School, Go-To-College committee chair for the Alpha Eta Lambda chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Marcus is dedicating his practice and advocacy to helping those in the community no matter the cause. From personal injury to federal appeals, he aims to serve those in need of access to legal justice with tenacity and determination. Marcus has been named a 2020 Rising Star Super Lawyer in Houston, Texas. He fights to protect his clients’ rights, ensuring their voices are heard through fair trials.
